How Double-Line Laser Marking Machine Works?
After starting the equipment, the assembly line runs, and the material is fed to the assembly line manually or by a vibrating plate. When the product has accumulated to the marking amount of one station, the positioning cylinder is clamped, and at the same time, the cylinder is blocked the incoming material, and the assembly line stops marking.

Because there are 2 assembly lines, the laser can do alternate assembly line marking, and the laser does not need to wait for loading.

When the laser engraving is completed, the positioning cylinder is released, and the assembly line starts to take the product away. After the product flows away, the circular loading and marking work continues.
