Three-axis automatic laser welding machine featuring linear motion in the X, Y, and Z axes for both straight and curved welding paths. It allows adjustments of the welding angle between the welding gun and the workpiece to accommodate various welding seam configurations. This machine includes automatic focusing and rotation capabilities precise welding angle adjustments, in conjunction with the X, Y, and Z axes during the welding process.

YAG Three-axis Four-axis Automatic Laser Spot Welding Machine

The 3-axis automatic laser welding machine is designed for welding thin-walled materials and precision parts. Its flexibility and versatility enable it to perform a wide range of welding operations such as spot, butt, stack and seal welding. It is characterized by high aspect ratio, small weld width, small heat-affected zone and small deformation. The welding speed is fast, the weld seam is flat and beautiful, and no or only simple processing is required after welding. High quality of weld seam, no porosity, precise control, small focusing spot, high positioning accuracy, easy to realize automation.

The machine adopts three-axis design (optional four-axis), X and Y working table can be automatically adjusted, and the height of the working table and laser path can also be adjusted.
Equipped with advanced software, it is able to flexibly control the welding trajectory movement, supporting any plane trajectory and simple space geometry trajectory, providing users with a higher level of operation and productivity.

YAG automatic fiber laser welder adopts ceramic concentrating cavity imported, which is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant. The laser head can rotates 360 degrees suitable for various mold repairs. The YAG laser source uses garnet crystals doped with neodymium or yttrium metal ions as the laser active medium, and emits laser light mainly through optical pumping.

Beam Quality
There is an internal temperature gradient in the working process of the YAG welding machine, which limits the further improvement of the average laser power and beam quality. In addition, since the refractive index change rate of continuous laser welding is much smaller than that of semiconductors, the continuous beam quality is better.

Maintenance cost

Since there is no optical lens in the resonant cavity of the fiber laser, it has the advantages of no adjustment, no maintenance, and high stability.

7. CCD monitor allows the operator to observe the work track more clearly.

Application:
